  “After one year of of decent service, this year has been a disaster. One service treatment, that didnt take, and many phone calls over two months, I am done with them. After begging someone to come treat my lawn, they sent two people out to tell me, yep, you got weeds, you sure need a treatment? But still no service treatment, no second treatment, nothing. then they have the fortitude , to close my account and tell me they wont treat my lawn. DONT use this company. You will regret it.”

  “Over two years of service, they continued to make me pay for trying to let them redeem themselves. Here is my basic list of issues.
  
  - Uneven applications on the property line.
  - Last summer, I just had my driveway resealed. They spread lime all the way across it. When they did the application I had white spots on my driveway for 2 months. They refused to even discuss the issue.
  - On one of the applications, they put down too much fertilizer in areas and I had big dead spots in my lawn. I watered the fertilizer in, but there was just too much. It killed large areas of my yard.
  - Toward the end of the second year, I called to cancel the last application of the year, three days later, they applied the last application. They have no record of me calling to cancel my service, and they refuse to remove the charge from my bill. So I will pay it to avoid a mark on my credit, but I would never recommend using them.
  
  They were very polite to work with, and the always insist that their work is guaranteed, but they never acted on making any of these actions right. I cannot stress enough how dissatisfied I am with the services they have provided!”
