  “There was an accident while the company was doing the construction work at the common area nearby my backyard. It was an urgent problem. The manager Jimmy took my concern very seriously. He came up the plan and quickly implemented the plan for the problem. The technician Derek from the company worked late into the evening to resolve my problem. They did a good job. I am thankful for their determination to solve the problem.”
