  Doesn’t complete jobs

  “Contractor makes no effort to preserve sod when digging to make irrigation system repairs, leaves large patches of bare dirt upon completion. Does not collect dirt dug up with a tarp, and makes no effort to clean up the mess left by the dirt upon completion. Repeated requests that the contractor return to clean up the mess they left are ignored.”
