Horrible service and they say what ever they can to get you back
“Would not ever use. I used them because the previous owner had used them. I have had nothing but broken promises and bad customer service. This year I was promised that the rep Isaiah would personally come out and inspect my grass after every treatment that did not happen. I have had what they call a fungas in my grass they dont know what it is and to boot all the complaints that I have made I call the office they dont have any of them on file the company is a joke and have done nothing but lie. I agree you pay for what you get but scotts is far over rated and my grass looked better when I treated it my self why should I need to buy weed killers and treatments when that is their job. nothing is ever their fault. I was promised a manager would come out to look at my grass I have never seen any one but the tech!!!!! I would not even rate them!!!!!!!!!”
