“RUN FAST AND RUN HARD!! This shady business took my credit card information over the phone and then said they will pass on my business! \n\nI spent time researching and talking with Jason on the phone and determined which program I would like. I gave him my credit card information and he proceeded to run it through their system. I called back within 5 minutes to say that we would like to cancel and then switch to a different program (still excited for their services). Jason said not a problem - just let me know what you decide. I email him another 5 minutes later our decision and he says we will have to pass - thanks anyways - after taking my credit card information.\n\nThat seems very shady and unprofessional! What ever happened to the customer comes first? Why is it that because I change my mind I am refused services? \n\nI'd say it is my prerogative as a woman to change my mind when making decisions. :) Humor aside, this is not the kind of company to move forward with and trust your information with if they are flighty. \n\nThe interesting part is that I even told Jason that I was a new homeowner, not sure how/what everythings is and I asked him if I could trust him. I always ask this question - just to see how people respond. He says 'we've been around for many years and we are family owned - we must be doing something right!'. WRONG Jason. Very wrong. \n\nI am sure there are wonderful family owned businesses out there that are much more friendly and accomodating. Please give them your business because you might not be 'good enough' or decisive enough for these fickle folks.\n” -
