Foothills Property Maintenance
Do Not Use!
“I have used this company for a couple of years and every single time they treat the weeds I have to call them back and have them return a second time because the weeds don't die. The owner says it is my responsibility to keep calling so they can come back but quite frankly I don't have time. They should just get it right the first time. The company is difficult to get a hold of, is not timely on following back with information or future bids/quotes and the owner makes you feel like you are a bother when you do speak to him. Save yourself the headache and money and find a different company.” -

Concern over herbicide
“I want to know which herbicide is being sprayed all over the lawn at our apartment where most of the dogs are walked. Today it was administered by hose, and I was told that it is not safe for dogs to use that area now for another week. We were given no advance warning of this, and many pet owners will take their dogs out there, unaware of any problem.I realize that weeds must be dealt with, but it is important that people be informed so that they can stay away from the sprayed area.\nI would want to know exactly what chemical was used in this spraying before I could recommend this company. I would also want to have advance notice of when they would be coming so that I could keep my pet away from the area.” -

“I'm wondering what chemicals are used as herbicide and how frequently they are administered. Today I was told that the area sprayed is not safe for dogs, even though it is our main pet play area here at the apartments. I am concerned to know exactly what herbicides and pesticides are being used in order to maintain the safety of my family and pet.”
